  • Designed with the benefits of the latest technology such as “Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD)" and “Finite Elements Method (FEM)” and new generation screw blocks manufactured with high-end manufacturing techniques, it provides high efficiency, robustness and low energy consumption with its new rotor profile and lobe combination.
  • It has a new generation roller bearing system with the capacity to carry 3 times more load than standard designs.
  • With the optimal lobe combination, the new rotor profile allows for less air escape and reduces the need for torque, resulting in a significant reduction in energy costs.
  • Gearbox with AGMA (American Gear Manufacturers Association) standard is used.
  • Maintenance-free long-lasting and efficient power transmission system with the use of elastic couplings.
  • It has been developed with high-end engineering software that includes versatile analysis such as FEM and "Fluid Dynamics".
  • The simple design of the suction regulator consisting of three control block units, a solenoid valve and a control cylinder makes periodic maintenance easy to perform.
  • The suction regulator provides reliable operating performance of up to 8000 hours with the use of premium materials in its production and the number of seals reduced in its design.
  • The fact that the suction valve can take a full upright position when open, and that the suction valve with almost straight and one-way airflow has an air outlet area increased by 25% with new profile design promises low pressure drop and high performance.
  • Two-stage air suction filter system consisting of interchangeable micro glass fiber front panel filter and cassette type air inlet filter with interchangeable paper element provides fresh air for screw block and cooling system, minimizing problems that may occur in dusty environments.
     
  • It performs a more efficient separation in lower volume with deep-bearing interlocking separation layers.
