General Information

Our products are manufactured to work successfully in different application areas.   • It has high strength iron cast cranks suitable for heavy work conditions; oil level indicator positioned so that it is easily visible on the crankcase, bluff valve and oil filling/discharge plugs.
  • Cooling finish iron cast cylinders and special aluminum alloy top heads help the system operate at lower temperatures.
  • Dynamically balanced, sphero cast crankshafts that have undergone precise production processes and their counterweights provide a long service life.
  • Special alloy aluminum pistons and connection rods allow the crankshaft to heat up less with high heat transfer, in addition to putting less pressure on the crankshaft.
  • While specially designed high-speed co-centered valves made of stainless steel in step 1 provide high airflow capacity, the co-centered valves specially designed for medium pressure conditions in step 2 and 3 ensure that the upper head temperatures remain at the optimal level by keeping the airflow at the maximum level.
  • Compression and oil rings are used to keep airflow to a maximum level and prevent oil passage.
  • Pet-PLUS series compressors use high efficiency class IP55 engines as standard.
  • The drive of the crankshaft occurs directly through the flexible coupling between the compressor block and the main motor.
  • The special load-free operating system extends the life of the electric motor and compressor block.
  • In order to provide effective cooling in the system, a four-stage aluminum boiler radiator (one for the oil cycle, three for the air coming out of each compression stage) that can reduce compressed air to ambient temperatures is used.
  • The cooling of the compressor block to a temperature to let the compressor work continuously is achieved with the air guidance sheet where only cylinders and top heads are left open and deep cooling fins on the cylinders.
  • With the main motor shaft directly coupled with oil pump preferred instead of the whisk lubrication system, the cooling of the compressor block is supported by rotating the oil over hot parts such as the biel arm and crankshaft.
