DryAir DPB Series

Products in this series provide a constant dew point with a pressure of -40°C. These products are designed to operate under normal conditions of 7 bar inlet pressure, -35°C inlet temperature and 100% inlet air relative humidity. This series maintains functionality up to a MAXIMUM OPERATING PRESSUREof 12 bar(g).

General Information

DryAir DBP series dryers provide a constant -40°C pressure dew point. DBP dryers are designed to operate under normal conditions of 7 bar inlet pressure, 35°C inlet temperature and 100% inlet air relative humidity. The DBP series retains functionality up to a MAXIMUM OPERATING PRESSUREof 12 bar(g).

  • Dew point monitoring and control
  • Computer-controlled structure
  • Display of operating status, alarm, and pressure information
  • Remote start and stop function
  • Low pressure alarm system with minimum pressure valve
  • High pressure switch and alarms
  • The ability to operate as an integrated heat or heat-free dryer offered with a unit
  • The centrifugal blower and high-efficiency heater eliminate the use of valuable dry air required for re-preparation of the drying agent.
  • The fully automatic drying system uses the blower to draw in ambient air and pass it through the heater. This hot air flow is in the opposite direction to the flow of the air to be dried.
  • The hot air above 200°C vaporizes the moisture in the desiccant bed, completely removing it from the desiccant.
  • The forward control system monitors the dew point and adjusts the heating/reheat cycles accordingly. This results in significant energy savings.
  • The heating circuit is completely isolated to ensure maximum heating efficiency.
