General Information

  • DryAir DA series dryers provide a constant dew point with pressure of -40°C.
  • The DryAir DA series is designed to provide clean and highly dry compressed air in critical applications.
  • Front and end filters are provided with dryer to keep airflow clean and to ensure the integrity of the drying material environment.
  • The electronic controller with a highly reliable design ensures that the dryer operates perfectly throughout its entire service life.
  • DryAir DA dryers are equipped with special valves and drying material to ensure impeccable performance and extremely low pressure losses compared to competitors.
  • The twin tower design allows water vapor to be continuously drawn to the material surface with the help of moisture-absorbing drying material with high crush resistance and surface/volume ratio.
  • The drying process is completed by the other bed being prepared to draw moisture again with expanded discharge air while the pressured air passes through the drying material bed, which draws moisture to the surface.
  • Re-preparation of drying material is carried out without the need for any heat source.
  • The wet bed is dried by returning a small portion of super dry air from the dryer outlet at almost atmospheric pressure.
  • The flow rate of the discharge air can be adjusted to comply with special outlet air conditions such as the desired dew point.
  • The DryAir DA series provides pressure balancing before switching, which prevents line fluctuation and minimizes wear of the drying material.
  • The prepared tower is pressurized step by step at the end of the re-preparation process before the switching action. The discharge air and pressure reduction are downward to meet the drying air.
  • DryAir DA series dryers have a reliable electronic controller that ensures accurate operation of the unit throughout its service life.
  • The touch-operated PLC unit is capable of reflecting operating cycles and valve conditions in real time. If possible, the pressure dew point can also be monitored via the screen.
